Professional training services was established in 2005 to provide consultancy work and expert training, advice, support, guidance, within most areas of mandatory training requirements within health and social care establishments. One of the many Professional training services specialist fields is within force reduction and prevention of violence and aggression from patients who challenge our services using positive behaviour support (PBS) approaches utilizing primary secondary and tertiary interventions, training staff around functional analysis, models of reporting and recording, and conflict resolution.
Professional training services aims to offer up-to-date national best practice standards in support of excellent client centred values and approaches whilst providing establishments with the confidence to manage conflict and challenging behaviour.

About Me
In 2013, I set up Professional Training Services with an aim to provide specialist support, advice and guidance within health and social care within many areas of mandatory training, including the prevention and the management of violence and aggression consultancy services, First Aid For Mental Health, First Aid at Work, Manual/ people handling, Fire Safety Awareness/Fire Marshal trading.
I started my career in 2001 and have 23 years’ experience working in Health and Social Care, becoming clinically credible specializing in Challenging Behaviour and Mental Health and Forensic Services supporting children and adults. I qualified initially as a Prevention of Management, Violence and Aggression Instructor in 2001 as a GSA tutor, whilst maintaining my clinical credibility and experience I carried on working on the various wards and settings, as well as training up to 6,500 staff members, leading a team of 30 trainers. I qualified as a GSA Senior Tutor in 2015 only one of 29 in England.
